Meet Your Inspector

Andrew Marshall, the owner of Affirm Home Inspections, is an InterNACHI-certified home inspector. He’s been working in the construction business for more than 30 years with 20 years HVAC experience. He uses his knowledge to discover any problems with the home you’re buying or selling. 

 

Our veteran-owned company has the experience working in project management and construction inspections that you need. Andrew works as the HVAC code inspector for the City of Bloomington and developed his knowledge while doing hands-on work in the construction and HVAC field, from building foundations to applying the finishing touches.

We’re familiar with how things should be built when it comes to structures and systems. We’re always looking to put you in the best possible position when you’re buying a home. We have a reputation for being fair, thorough and dependable in all our dealings. Andrew has evolved with todays ever improved technology including new software, drones, moisture detectors, thermal cameras, and more. He enjoys taking the time to answer questions before, during, and after the inspection - this helps transactions go much smoother. You can expect a thorough inspection with a detailed inspection report on the same day as the inspection was finalized.
